After trying numerous companies, we finally found one that is amazing! The AC Guys installed a brand new system about 3 years ago. They come out on time, every time. They are great people, have incredible work ethic, and are honest and caring men and women. The A/C Guys have been tremendous in their service, honesty and hard work! They maintain a great attitude from the beginning of the job to the very end. They stay on schedule and are available to answer any question or concern. Troy and Tony installed a new A/C unit for us. We are confident the equipment is state of the art. My AC had went out yesterday evening. It just so happened that The A/C Guys were installing a new unit at my neighbor's house. I walked over and asked Troy, their Field Supervisor, if they'd take a look. 30 minutes later he was at my door — after a 12-hour install. He even offered a portable AC to leave with us overnight. Troy showed us a cost/benefit analysis of repair vs. replace, and we opted for the 18 Seer High Efficiency unit — installed on the Fourth of July. So incredibly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic of this company.
